If the tool does not work, Sam will work with you to put it right.

If a purchased tool does not operate in the client's confirmed AutoCAD setup for any reason, every reasonable attempt will be made by Sam Pesiridis to diagnose and rectify the problem. If the problem cannot be fixed after reasonable troubleshooting, the client will receive a full refund of the tool's purchase price.
